Yoga after prison
If we practised inside and you want to keep going, write to me. It costs nothing, and commits you to nothing.

- Free, always. If you want to give something there is koha, up to $20, and every dollar goes to the Yoga Education in Prisons Trust.
- What you need
- No release papers, no ID, no letter from anyone. Just the name you went by, and roughly when and where we practised.
- To write
- Send a message. On a shared or borrowed device, open this page in a private window.
- What happens
- I read this myself and reply myself, usually within two working days. Nobody else sees it. I delete it once we have talked.
