Privacy
Privacy statement.
This website is deliberately light on data. Here is exactly what is collected, why, and what your rights are.
What is collected
If you send an enquiry, I collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to include it, whether you're enquiring as an individual or for an organisation, your organisation's name if relevant, and the content of your message.
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no trackers.
What is deliberately not collected
Enquiry forms do not ask for—and should not include—diagnoses, health information, trauma histories, offence histories or case notes. None of that information is needed to begin a conversation. If a message contains information of this kind, it will not be recorded beyond the message itself or used for any purpose.
Why it is collected
Only to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to arrange sessions. Your details are never sold, shared for marketing or added to any mailing list you didn't ask to join.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are held in ordinary email. Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Requests can be made by email and are free.
Privacy officer

If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, please raise it with me first. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
