This site collects only what you give it.

An enquiry brings your name, email and message, used only to reply and arrange sessions. I read everything myself. Nobody else sees it.

There are no cookies, no trackers and no analytics. Nothing is sold or shared, and you are never added to a list you did not ask to join.

If you leave your email on Hear from me, I use it only for new writing, workshops and classes. Every message has a way to stop.

A message sent through the Yoga after prison page is deleted once we have talked.

You may ask, free, for a copy of what I hold about you, or have it corrected or deleted.
