Trauma-informed yoga for teams working in high-stress environments, and for the children and young people they support. Designed with you, delivered at your venue.

Cost

NZ$260 a session for up to 10 people, then NZ$10 each after that, up to 20. Not GST registered: none charged, no GST invoice.

The programme

Six weekly 90-minute sessions. Choice-led and predictable. You get a debrief using group-level information only.

To start

Send an enquiry. We meet to scope it, then sign a short services agreement. The price in it is fixed for that programme.

What the rate covers

Delivery. Real design time or travel is scoped and agreed with you. You supply the venue and a staff member on site.

Behind it

Yoga taught as a volunteer in high- and maximum-security prisons, through a charitable trust.
